For regular dine-in, we accept reservations for groups of 8 people or more. For special events, reservations are mandatory for all guests.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open daily. Our operating hours are:

Monday-Friday: 4:00PM – 1:00AM

Saturday: 12:00PM-2:00AM

Sunday: 12:00PM-1:00AM

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes we have Wi-Fi available.

Do you offer vegan and/or gluten-free options?

Yes we do! Ask our chefs and staff for support on your options.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly food hall and all furry friends are welcome! However, please note that during the summer months, our terrace may be closed, and we may not be able to accommodate pets indoors. If you’re planning to visit with your pet during this time, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm our current pet-friendly arrangements.

Is parking available?

Parking is available in the East Parking area, and we offer validation for up to 3 hours for free with a minimum spend of AED 100. After the initial 3 hours, an additional hour of parking will cost AED 20, and each subsequent hour will cost AED 10.

Do you accept cash?

We are a cashless food hall and only take payments via card or electronic.

Where are you located?

We are located on the 1st floor of The Pointe, on the Palm Jumeirah.

How many restaurants do you have?

We offer seven different dining options, featuring a diverse range of cuisines such as Italian, Mexican, Korean, Japanese, burgers, desserts and more, allowing our guests to choose their preferred dining experience.

Do you serve coffee?

Yes! Our in-house bar serves a variety of hot beverages including coffee, tea, and more.

Can I bring my own cake for a party?

Yes you can! Please notify our reservations team upon booking.

How do I order food and drinks at Social Distrikt?

For a contactless ordering experience, simply scan the QR code on your table using your smartphone and place your order. Alternatively, you can head to the food counter and place your order directly with the restaurant. We offer both options to ensure that our guests can choose their preferred ordering method.
